Tell Construction is owned and managed by Ted Reinecke and Lloyd Berry, South African born building graduates, contracting in Ireland since 2002.
Tell Construction is the successful strategic amalgamation of Lloyd J Berry Contracting Ltd and Medcon Ltd. The larger company keeps the same skills and management expertise that we are renowned for, but also gives us the additional ability to take on larger projects of up to €2 million.
Our company is fully tax compliant, fully insured, has no bank debt and owns all it's vehicles and plant.
Our Management Team
Having worked in the residential construction sector all his working career, Lloyd brings a wealth of practical experience and knowledge to all projects. Lloyd graduated in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Building, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Property Development and Management from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. After working for large corporate property developers and contractors in South Africa, Lloyd decided to relocate to Ireland in 2002. Lloyd founded Lloyd J Berry Contracting in 2008.
Ted Reinecke has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in building science and property development and management and has worked as a building contractor for 27 years, including 10 years in Ireland. Ted’s years of experience, attention to detail, drive and good communication skills have resulted in the successful completion of numerous building projects. Ted founded Medcon Ltd in 2003.
